Are Purpose products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with soothing ingredients. No artificial fragrance & colouring, alcohol, sulphates, parabens, petroleum and mineral oil are included. Generally safe for sensitive skin, however we highly recommend patch testing it beforehand.

Is a patch test required? How do I do it?

We highly recommend patch testing a product before using it on your face.

  • Apply a small amount of our product on a clean surface such as behind the ears/ side of the neck and leave it for an hour.
  • If there is no reaction after an hour, proceed to use the product on your face.
  • If irritation occurs, rinse off the product with water immediately.

Are Purpose products pregnancy safe?

Yes, our products are formulated with ingredients that are generally safe to be used by those who are pregnant and breastfeeding. However, we suggest consulting your trusted doctor before introducing a new product in your skincare regimen as a safety precaution.

How to use Purpose serums?

To be used after cleansing and before moisturizing. Apply 1-2 drops on your face, gently pat it in and smooth it out. Allow serum to soak in your skin for a few minutes before applying another product.

Where are Purpose products made?

All of our products are made in Malaysia.

Does Purpose test on animals?

No, since we are a vegan and cruelty free brand, we only test on consenting humans. No animals were tested/harmed at any point of production. We only work with manufacturers that source their ingredients from countries with strict animal rights and laws.

Are Purpose serums travel friendly?

Yes, our serums come in 2 sizes – 5mL and 30mL. Pick whichever you feel most convenient to carry around.

How long does the Purpose serum last?

24 months if it remains sealed. Once open, use it within 12 months.

How long should I wait to see the result?

Nothing works overnight, the key is consistency. We recommend that you give it 8 - 12 weeks time before switching products.

Delivery & Returns

What are the delivery fees in Malaysia?

We offer free delivery for orders exceeding RM 120 and above for the whole of Malaysia! For orders below the threshold, the delivery fees are: West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 8.00 East Malaysia. Flat rate of RM 15.00

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

Once your order is placed, we will process them immediately.

  • We deliver via Pos Laju.
  • Delivery time varies depending on location, do allow 3-7 working days for the delivery of your parcel.
For those in Sabah, Labuan & Sarawak, you might experience a longer delivery period during the MCO period due to the delivery partner's capacity are halved & high parcel volume.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we only ship within Malaysia when you purchase on our website. For Singaporeans, you can now order directly on our Shopee store! Currently, we do not ship overseas. Follow us on Instagram to find out when we will be available at your country!

Can I receive samples prior to making a purchase?

We do not give out samples. However, our serums are available in 5ml, they are the perfect size to test and see if your skin enjoys it.

How can I refund my order?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused - however, we are only able to offer a refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect orders. You can exchange or get a refund within 15 days after delivery.

My parcel is lost, what do I do?

All of our parcels are fully insured. If you did not receive a tracking number via email after 5 days after purchase, do allow us to contact and/or make a full claims report to the delivery partner before we proceed to a full refund. This process will take up to 21 days.

How to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 3 hours after placing your order or if you have not received your tracking number - whichever comes first.

Do you have same-day delivery?

Yes, we do for those within Klang Valley. Do message us so that we can arrange. Alternatively, you can purchase our products from our GrabMart store!



Are your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Purpose Skin serums are packed in glass bottles that are safe to reuse and 100% recyclable. While our parcel packaging is made from recycled materials and uncoated - make it perfect for reuse! We also use the eco-friendly honeycomb paper wrap instead of bubble wrap that is biodegradable, renewable and breaks down to become healthy soil in home compost pile.

Can I recycle or reuse the serum bottles?

We highly encourage you to do so! All you need to do is ensure that it's properly cleaned before you recycle or reuse it for your travels, in the kitchen or as a dainty vase instead!

  • Ensure that the bottle is completely empty from the serum. Disassemble the dropper lid, rubber bulb and metal cap.
  • Give it a quick rinse to remove any residue and leave the bottle and dropper soak in water overnight to make it easier for the label removal later. You can leave the rubber bulb and metal cap on the side to dry.
  • Remove the label by peeling it from the bottle - this might take some time and a bit of strength but it can be cleanly removed! Optional: Add soap and Isopropyl Alcohol to help along to process.
  • Fill a tub or container with hot soapy water then place the bottle inside, letting it soak for 5-10 minutes.
  • While the bottle is being soaked in the water, you should clean the dropper lid, rubber bulb and metal cap with room temperature soapy water, then rinse and clean with a cotton bud to remove any remaining residue.
  • Once done, leave all pieces to dry and reassemble the pieces - and you're done!

Do you accept empties?

Purpose does not accept empties at the moment. However, we hope to expand and offer this service in the future. Our containers are 100% recyclable, hence we encourage consumers to play their part and dispose of them properly.

How do I place an order?

Simply place your order by clicking the 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' button. Your product will automatically appear at the Cart slide.

How do I track my orders?

You will be given a tracking number via email once payment has been made (and for manual orders, once you have send us proof of payment) within 4 hours.

What are your payment methods available?

We accept payment via Hoolah (3 interest-free installments), Bank Transfer and Stripe (Credit & Debit Cards).

How do I make payment via Hoolah?
